Tammy White
Owner

Tammy is the founder of Serving Justice, LLC. She has been serving process in the State of Florida since 1992 with Here Comes The Judge based out of Sarasota, FL. In 2009 they opened an office in the Fort Myers area in which she was responsible for all daily business activities as well as serving. In October 2014, she purchased it and changed the name to Serving Justice, LLC.

Tammy is a long-time member of NAPPS (National Association of Professional Process Servers) and she was elected to its Board of Directors in April of 2023. She is also a long time member of FAPPS (Florida Association of Professional Process Servers) where she has chaired or served as a member of many committees and continues to do so. She served as the Education Chairwoman from 2012 to 2014. In that position, she was able to obtain the approval of the 20th Circuit for the FAPPS Continuing Education Class as one of the required courses for servers to be able to maintain their license. She has been working on getting the the CEC Program statewide from the beginning and began the process of developing an online course for renewal and new servers. A lot of hardworking individuals made her vision come true in 2020 and FAPPS CEC is now available online and in person. She created the Liaison position for the Paralegal Association of Florida and works with them to this date in maturing the relationship between the two associations. In 2022, she became a Board Director of FAPPS and works hard to grow and make the process serving industry strong. Tammy strives to make every client feel valued and every case perfected with integrity, efficiency, and accuracy.

She is happily married to her “partner in everything”, Marty White, a mother of two, step-mother of 4, step-grandmother of 9, great step-grandmother of two, and believes she has the best two furbabies ever; Bandit and Asher! When she is not working for Serving Justice or FAPPS, she and Marty are known to be DJing somewhere around the state or vacationing in a new city every chance they get.

Marty White
Co-Owner

Marty is relatively new to process serving. He began his career when he joined his wife at Serving Justice in 2018. Prior to joining Serving Justice, Marty had a long career in technology sales and systems programming dating back to the early 1980s; working for such companies as MICROSOFT, Oracle, and America Online (AOL). Marty is a very detailed driven individual and believes this attribute creates a great process server. It is that attention to detail that makes him the consummate professional when getting the correct information needed to perfect service of process. Marty is a certified AFPS/CPS and a member of FAPPS (Florida Association of Professional Process Servers).
